Well, it's conference time again. This time it was Chicago. In Feburary. In a deep freeze (insert big-eyed emoji here). But, my saving grace was a restaurant called Tapas Valencia, 1530 State Street. I located this cute restaurant using Open Table. It's such a good app for making dinner reservations, and it did me right again. We ordered about six tapas, and each one was better than the last. They have a HUGE menu of hot and cold tapas, along with an amazing wine menu. When y
