Not really a cheese ball, cheese ball

YOU GUYS! Do you ever make something off Pintrest and it turns out to be AMAZING?! Well, I had that experience and I have to share it with you.

This is a sweet cheese ball, perfect for desserts or snacking. The inspiration for this recipe came from the-girl-who-ate-everything.com. I made a few tweaks, and I promise, this is slap your momma good.

You will need:

8 oz of cream cheese at room temperature

1 cup of powdered sugar

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter (I used all-natural Peter Pan)

3 Tablespoons packs brown sugar

milk chocolate chips

butterscotch chocolate chips

graham crackers

Instructions:

Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar together in a mixing bowl. Dump onto wax paper and use the paper to help you form the mixture into a ball. Wrap the wax paper-covered ball with cling wrap and put in freezer for an hour to set up.

Mix chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together on wax paper. Unwrap your peanut butter ball and dump it on the chips. Use the wax paper to help you press the chips into the outside of the ball until it is covered. Store the ball in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Pull the cheese ball out a few minutes before serving, and eat with graham crackers. You will thank/hate me! Let me know how it goes in the comment section!
