Is it weird that a positive experience with customer service is such a rarity that I had to mention it? Let me back up...
I am a BIG believer in using an OtterBox for phone protection since I drop my phone on a regular basis. The OtterBox keeps the screen from smashing into bits, and if you aren't familiar with them, I urge you to check them out. However, I also really like to customize my cases. So, happy me, two years ago I stumbled across the cutest store that allows me to have it all!
Boutique Me specializes in personalized products. And you know if it isn't moving, I'm monogramming it. They have hundreds of style options and the quality is great. (No, this isn't a sponsored post. I just love them). My last OtterBox lasted two years, so when it was time to upgrade phones, I turned to Boutique Me again.
I am so excited about my new design, but that's not the point of this story.
I MESSED UP. MY MONOGRAM. I ordered it late at night and I put my first name in the middle instead of my last name. It's a first world problem, but WAH! It was an expensive mistake, and I promise my southern ancestors are spinning in the ground over it.
It was my fault. I checked the box approving the design, but I had to try to fix it. I immediately emailed customer service, and they were so great about it. I'm sure there are situations they can't fix (like if I hadn't caught it for a week), but the fact that they were able to do it at all was such piece of mind! So a BIG thank you to them, especially Katie H. in customer service! Now my OCD self won't stare at the screen and wish for a new box for a year-ha!
As you can see, they have some guy friendly versions if your fella is always shattering his phone. They will also allow you to upload a personal photo if you're into that. With Easter coming, it might be a nice little addition to someone's basket, no? I can't imagine a teenager that wouldn't like to have their phone stand out from the others. You can get any of the IPhones, IPads, Macbooks, and Samsung Galaxys covered, even the older models.
